The location is away from the tourist crowds, but at the same time, you will easily reach the Accademia Galleries, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Santa Maria della Salute Church and the Ca’ Rezzonico Museum among other cultural institutions, just crossing the Giudecca Canal.

By vaporetto it takes up to 10 minutes to reach St. Mark’s Square, the Giardini Biennale and the bus and train station.
