Description The spacious terrace in front of the house offers a lot of space for relaxation.
The view from the upper terrace which is designed with beautiful ceramic tiles opens upon the wonderful coast, too.
The holiday home with its ca. 180 sqm of living space is furnished with a sure sense of taste and style.
The garden of 150 sqm. and the terraces of more that 200 sqm. complete this unique property.
Via the large terrace you enter the large living room which offers various seating. The floor adorned with hand-painted ceramic tiles is particularly beautiful. On the lower floor, you will also find a small eat-in kitchen with washing machine and dish washer and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
On the upper floor of Villa Olive Tree, there are three bedrooms, i.e. two doubles and one twin. One of the double bedrooms has its own balcony; the other double room lets you onto the large sun terrace. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms with shower, WC and bidet and another WC.
Should you need entertainment, the TV and the radio with cd player at Villa Olive Tree might come in handy. Two of the double bedrooms offer air conditioning with integrated heating system. In both bathrooms there is a small stove. A fan provides for pleasant coolness on summer days.
From the spacious terraces and from the rooms facing the seaside, you enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Costiera Amalfitana.
