This elegant apartment is located in San Marco neighborhood, just few meters from Palazzo Grassi, close to the Grand Canal.
It is an oasis of silence in the heart of Venice.
From the nearby square, you can see Palazzo Rezzonico and the Accademia's bridge. This area is rich of antique shops, restaurants, and there are also two mini-markets.
The accommodation is 110 square meters, occupying a whole small building, so you will have an exclusive entry.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds (can be adjoined on request) and one with a double bed. One bathroom with shower in the corridor.
On the second floor there's a large living room with satellite TV, access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is good quality furniture, oriental rugs, nice paintings on the walls and prestigious tapestries in the bedrooms.
The romantic terrace is 10 sqmt and it is equipped with a table.
