The main floor, on the terrace level, is composed of a living room with a single sofa bed, a dining room with kitchen, one double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
On the lower floor there is a spacious double bedroom right above the sea level with stunning panoramic view.

The house features a private access to the sea (30 steps) and there is an 80 square meter platform available for guests, shared with other 3 private villas of the neigborhood.

To reach the accommodation there are 150 small steps across a typical, lush, terraced garden plunged in the charme of the place.
