The amazing Villa Tiberina estate is located in the green Tiberina Valley, in an old stone complex dating back to the 14th century.
Over the centuries the estate has undergone several changes and today is a wonderful and cozy holiday complex with an amazing park and a beautiful swimming pool.
Located on top of a hill surrounded by vast fields of sunflowers, wheat, vines and olive trees, the property also includes a wood in which to take long walks in uncontaminated wild places.
The Villa can accommodate up to 15 people: in the main building there are 4 double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and 3 on the second and third floors, two kitchens and two living rooms, with three bathrooms.
The Dependance boasts 2 spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a living room, a bathroom and its kitchenette
The Villa is furnished with taste and care, combining typical objects of the peasant tradition with ancient Tuscan furniture, and is equipped with all modern comfort like dishwasher, washing machine, independent heating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet connection.
All guests at Villa Tiberina have at their disposal a large swimming pool with a large relaxation area, and nearby there is also the opportunity to practice many sports including horse riding, tennis and golf.
The estate is surrounded by places of great historical and artistic interest: Arezzo, Sansepolcro (birthplace of Piero della Francesca), Caprese (birthplace of Michelangelo) and the whole area of Chianti. Reachable with a few hours drive, you can also reach Florence, Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Spoleto, cities that the whole world envies us for their spectacular beauty.
